December. Can you believe it? Thanksgiving was wonderful and now we are trying to catch our breath before the rush of the holiday begins. Or, should I say, continues? I feel like Christmas has been creeping up for weeks!
But we’ll get to that later. Like, maybe this weekend. Today, we’re here to celebrate a few of the projects from the last RYN Friday party, and of course kick off this week’s shindig.
Without further ado… the featured five from last week!
It’s ain’t over till the Turkey Pop gobbles. Is The Seven Year Cottage a wizard with chocolate or what?
I think Queen of My Nest made one of the prettiest burlap wreaths I’ve ever seen. Well done!
Looking for a cute Christmas gift? It’s Overflowing made this soap from scratch, and indented it with a feather charm. Too stinking cute, right?
STUN-ING. It’s amazing what some board and batten can do to a room! Stop by Love Of Family & Home to see the before and oogle at the after.
Ugly Duckling Transformations shows us how to make a handmade stencil. Don’t you love that quatrefoil?
Do you ever watch the show Happy Endings? That show is my happy place every week now that Glee has officially gotten terrible. If you watch it, don’t you love Penny? I find myself saying “A-mah-zing” a few times every day. In my head, but still. So let me say it here first– you all are a-MAH-zing, each and every one of your projects reflect your love of home and creativity. I means so much you take the time to link up each week. I mean it.
Here we go for this week, with a few ground rules:
1. Link to the specific post, not just your blog’s home page.
2. Including a link back to this party at the end of your post allows others to play along or scout out inspiration for themselves. You would be even more amazing if you posted the Refresh My Nest button– I’ve even made it super easy, just grab the code below the button and paste it in the HTML section of your post.
3. An active linky is a happy linky. PLEASE visit one or more links that interest you so that everyone gets some comments and traffic. There’s nothing more discouraging than taking time to link up and no one visits.
Ready, set, GO!
