Before I get a million frantic texts and phone calls, NO, we’re not expecting a little bundle of joy. 😉  As Amy Poehler once said, ‘that store is C-L-O-S-E-D’.  However, once in awhile I get to live my dream of playing with interior design and today I’m indulging in sweet nursery fantasies thanks to my friend Darlene of Fieldstone Hill.

As part of her bebe bebe bebe nursery series, I was able to rethink the nursery that should have been for my sweet Noodle.  I’ll let you head over there to read why this baby:

… deserved more than this nursery.

In hindsight, she deserves this one– the Sweet and Sassy Girls’ Nursery I dreamed up now that I know my pink-loving, huge-hearted warrior for who she really is.  Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll find on the design board:

{I’m such a tease.  But there’s so much more eye candy over on the design board along with a list of resources on Fieldstone Hill, plus the story behind it of course!}

Thank you Darlene for including me and allowing me to dream once again of tiny toes and that sweet newborn smell.  And congrats on your gorgeous new addition!  Time goes so so quickly.  School started this week, and times marches further away from nurseries and tiny toes each day.

So here’s my burning question: if you’ve ever put together a nursery, what was your favorite thing in it (besides the babe, of course)?  What would you do differently?  Do you still like the same colors/style?  Or– and this might be the most realistic– am I just a redecorating crazy lady who needs to get a grip on the constant need to tweak our home?
