Bite-Sized Brownie Pie Recipe
 
 
Delicious brownie bites surrounded with a flaky crust, perfect for parties and bake sales.

Ingredients
  • CRUST:
  • 2 Cups flour
  • ½ Butter stick
  • 2 Tbsps sugar
  • 2 Tbsps cold water
  • FILLING:
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup chocolate milk
  • ½ Cup cocoa powder
  • ½ Cup brown sugar
  • ½ Cup chocolate chips, melted
  • ½ Cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tsp allspice
  • Sugar glaze
  • TIP: Add 1 tsp salt into the brownie mix to enhance the chocolate flavor.
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 370F.
  2. Add the crust ingredients in a food processor and turn it on until the dough becomes thick.
  3. Place and press the batter in a greased pan.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat beat the flour, milk, egg, melted chocolate, vanilla, allspice, cinnamon, almonds, and brown sugar. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the brownie mix into the pie crust.
  6. Gently fold the edges from the crust.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven, set aside to cool down.
  9. Cut into bite size pieces and garnish with the glaze.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
