Banana Bread Donuts
Serve these tasty donuts for breakfast or special treat!

  • 2 c. flour
  • ½ c. sugar
  • ½ c. applesauce
  • ½ c. sour cream (or use plain yogurt for a healthier version!)
  • 2 Large bananas, mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • Sugar glaze
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a donut baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixer add the applesauce, sour cream, mashed bananas, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla.
  3. Slowly incorporate the flour and sugar.
  4. Mix until your batter is uniform in consistency.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter.
  6. Transfer to the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
  8. Garnish with the glaze or shake in a paper bag filled with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
