Easy + Delicious Slowcooker Chicken Recipe
  • 2 Jars Salsa
  • 1 LB boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can corn, drained (optional)
  • Bread of Choice: tortillas, hoagie rolls, taco shells, etc.
  1. Pour salsa, beans, and corn into the slowcooker insert.
  2. Add raw chicken, and make sure it’s coated with the salsa mixture.
  3. Heat on high for 4 hours or low for 6. May be done sooner, chicken is ready when it shreds easily with 2 forks.
  4. Serve in taco shells, warmed tortillas, in rolls, or as a main dish over rice.
