I’ve been tossing around the idea of a new series for awhile, and the book The Art of Hearing Heartbeats (see tomorrow’s post) was the impetus to just do it.
“Tot-ful” Tuesdays will be a weekly series with ideas, activities, questions, fun discussions and more related to children of all ages. Since we were all children once, and presumably know a child (our own, a grandchild, a niece/nephew/neighbor, etc.), I thought this was one topic we could universally share about and offer diverse viewpoints and ideas. Plus, it gives me a chance to stretch my teacher-brain muscles so the cobwebs from my former career don’t get too big.
You know me well enough to realize I’m a mother first and blogger second, so if Totful Tuesday gets posted on a Wednesday or Thursday, or not at all one week, I’ll thank you in advance for being awesome and understanding. However, the beauty of this series is if I have my hands full of sick babes I can simply post: “Help! What’s your favorite remedy for feverish kiddos?” and know I’ll get a slew of amazing information on one place. Or perhaps I’ll feature a few things from Pinterest that I you’ll love. Or… well, you get the idea.
If you have a child related idea or question you’d like answered or featured, drop me a line at MakingLemonadeBlog at gmail dot com {sorry to spell it out that way, gotta get around naughty spammers}. And with that, I’m off to write tomorrow’s Totful Tuesday post. Hope you’ll join in the fun!
