Hey there friends! I’ve been getting requests for this and I’m super excited to be able to share it with you today! Our wildly popular daily and monthly planners have a cult following for a reason– THEY WORK. I’ve used them obsessively for the past few years and let me tell you– I’ve gotten more done in less time than ever before. In fact, I love them so much we’ve whipped up an entire planner set just for you, and added in monthly calendars to record important dates plus a year-at-a-glance page and a password tracker as well! Together, this makes for one powerful planner… and because I love you, I’m giving it to you for free.

My goal one day is to print out the entire thing double-sided and have it spiral bound, but for now, it’s in a folder because ‘done’ is better than ‘perfect.’  I staple the weekly planner on top of 5 copies of the daily planner and put the packet in a folder with the rest of the calendars. It works like a charm!

(PS- I get compliments on that  super soft faux leather work tote all the time and no one can believe it’s under $50!)

What makes it so powerful? Let’s take a look at the weekly planner. It starts with a spot for writing down the entire week’s events and appointments so you see them at a glance. There’s a section that sums up the week’s most important goals and has boxes for you to check off which day you’ll tackle them (use the ‘Events and Appointments section to help you schedule those most efficiently!) Below, there’s a space for you to write down the tasks you ‘Should Do’ if and when you get a chance. The bottom section has boxes for the all-important meal planning and also a shopping list. I use Alexa and my Echo Dot to create my shopping list verbally, so instead this is the section where I jot down notes.

Now for the ultimate goal slayer, the daily planner. It sums up your top 5 daily goals, these are the ‘must do’ tasks for the day. The ‘to do’ section allows for additional tasks that should be done if time allows. You’ll first fill in the time slots with any events or appointments from the weekly plan. Then, write exactly when you plan to accomplish your 5 goals right on the time slots. There’s a more detailed spot for writing your meal plan, water intake (get in those 8 glass a day!) and a section to jot notes if needed.

The monthly calendars (aren’t they purdy?!) are where I write birthdays, holidays, important dates, and also my 12 week goals. I write the deadline for each goal in the space and make sure to check this calendar daily to make sure I’m on track to reach them. I also use this page to help me plan my blog’s editorial calendar because it’s easy to erase and switch things around.

There’s an annual calendar, too, for yearly planning and checking dates quickly. The password tracker is just what it looks like- a handy place to jot down usernames and passwords. Note: For security purposes, I do not keep my password tracker with my planner. I haul my planner around everywhere and it would be devastating to lose it, so I hide the passwords separately in a secure location and suggest others do likewise.

And, oh, just a gorgeous cover to keep you happily turning pages.
