It’s FRIDAYYYYYYYYY!
Yay.
Thanks for all your love on my Tiny Dancer post. I wish I could say Noodle was perfectly attentive during her next class but… well, let’s just say I’m embracing the lessons of the post and trying not to panic that she has attention deficit disorder. Or, Top Model disorder. She was prancing and posing in the mirror for half the class. Sighhhhhh. Your comments make my heart feel good, so thanks. Love you, mean it.
As for last week’s RYN, something’s off with my browser and I couldn’t comment on about half your posts. Next week I’ll try a different browser and hopefully get to comment on every single one! I did get to visit almost all of them, and you all truly have such great ideas.
Renewed Upon a Dream shares a round-up of map chests. Don’t tell library card catalogs I’m cheating on them, but there’s a chance I may be in love.
Check out these clever decorated orbs from Made in a Day.
See that beautiful capiz shell chandelier? You won’t believe what it used to look like before Pig and Paint got her hands on it.
In a sweet shout-out to her home state, Casa de Luna made this handpainted DIY state art.
Fleece pillowcase + camera lens = fleece camera lens cover. Brilliant job, Turtles and Tails!
Once again, there were so many more ideas I wanted to link up but I’m holding myself to the “Fab Five” rule or else we’d be here all day. Special note, next week’s Refresh Your Nest will be Valentine themed. You can still link up anything you wish, but if you have any Valentine’s Day posts (even from the archives) they’ll be especially welcomed.. and publicized, as in “hey everyone, get your pinning fingers ready for some V-day ideas”! But you know I love the non-holiday things just as much so don’t be shy and link up those, too.
1. Link to the specific post, not just your blog’s home page.
2. An active linky is a happy linky. PLEASE visit one or more links that interest you so that everyone gets some comments and traffic. There’s nothing more discouraging than taking time to link up and no one visits.
3. Including a link back to this party at the end of your post allows others to play along or scout out inspiration for themselves. You would be even more amazing if you posted the Refresh My Nest button– I’ve even made it super easy, just grab the code below the button and paste it in the HTML section of your post.
Get ready…

Thanks for hosting, Carrie! The felt Valentine wreath looks neat. I still haven’t made a wreath for my front door. I just took the picks off the old one and hung it up with a Valentine sign and called it finished.
