Valentine’s Day weekend. Got any fun plans? Noodle’s been coloring up a storm, decorating the DIY Folded Photo Valentines I blogged about on Wednesday. They are looking much cuter now that she’s added her “flair”– even with the 548 stickers she attached. All in one spot, too, like a tower of stickers.
I love that girl.
Here’s the Five Fab Features for this week, which of course were impossible to choose. On that note, I’ve shared many more of your projects from last week on my Facebook page— so if you’d like to see more features, head over there. Plus, that’s where I like to discuss things off blog and it would mean so much if you’d join in the conversation.
See these monogrammed cutting boards? View Along the Way made them… with her husband. Collaboratively. Together. She pinky swears. {seriously, can you believe they made those– including joining 3 pieces of wood to get them wide enough? I’m not worthy!} Hop on over to see the cute, collaborative story.
Loopy Loop Creation’s Man Cave pillows are fabulous. A little freezer paper, a little paint, and… BAM. Aren’t they great?
It’s chilly here this week! I’m wishing Hollie from Seven Year Cottage would come make this White Hot Chocolate for me. 😉
Emily’s Up-cycled Furniture picked the perfect blue for the back of her hutch. Tutorial for making it look that amazing is included!
Still don’t have Valentines prepared yet for Tuesday? That’s My Kind of Party rounds up 18 free printables from cards to treat bag toppers and more.
For more amazingness (handstamped clay magnets, framed wallpaper wall, Anthropology inspired necklaces and more) visit my Facebook page to see additional featured projects.
Okay, it’s that time again! The only thing different in the directions this week is if you love me, you’ll consider removing your comment verification (captcha code). I don’t have it on my blog, instead I chose to moderate comments over 2 weeks old. That typically catches all those ‘word-that-rhymes-with-hammers’, and you’ll get way more comments if people don’t have to do that extra step. It’s not required of course, but I’ll love you forever… and so will your other commenters! 😉
1. Link to the specific post, not just your blog’s home page.
2. An active linky is a happy linky. PLEASE visit one or more links that interest you so that everyone gets some comments and traffic. There’s nothing more discouraging than taking time to link up and no one visits.
3. Including a link back to this party at the end of your post allows others to play along or scout out inspiration for themselves. You would be even more amazing if you posted the Refresh My Nest button– I’ve even made it super easy, just grab the code below the button and paste it in the HTML section of your post.
Okay, friends, who’s ready to PARTY? {or, “pah-tee” if you grew up in Boston like me.}
