Well, well… a month sure does fly by quickly! Can you believe it’s almost July? Are you soaking up summer as much as you can? We sure are; it’s been busy, but a beautiful season for us right now!
Before we get started, did you see the giveaway for a $35 credit to Renewed Upon a Dream’s Etsy shop? Go enter now, we’ll wait right here for you…
Welcome back. 😉
July will always be a party month for me, thanks to the many 4th of July celebrations and the birthday of one very special little Noodle. I scheduled this link-up with the notion I’d have her 3rd birthday party posted from LAST year by now… nope, it’s still in draft format. Check back Monday and I’ll {probably} have it up! It was really easy to pull off and cute to boot, so I do hope you’ll come back to see it.
If you’re looking for some ideas, here’s a few of my favorites from the archives:
So I have three party posts in the queue, hopefully they’ll get posted before my kids go to college. 😉
Also, one of you sweet, sweet commenters mentioned using the Summer Smoothie Station at a brunch for her girlfriends. What a brilliant idea!
Now onto featuring YOUR amazing ideas and projects. Last month’s theme was recipes, so be on the lookout for those sprinkled into the features.
Okay, first up? Stay-At-Homeista shares the perfect brunch menu with recipes. But really, please click over to see her deck as well. Breathtaking!
You guys know it’s totally unfair to link up anything with ‘lemon’ in the title, right? These lemon poppy seed cookies were a shoe-in to be featured.
Someone has my number. My other favorite thing? ANYTHING rosemary mint scented… like this homemade fabric softener from A Single Sunbeam.
You’ll have to ckick over to get the full schoop, but these herringbone patterned mid-century modern side tables from Savvy Young Something are the bomb! Like, a cool bomb full of herringbone!
Seriously, you guys are bringing. it. this week. Trish from Mom On Timeout tempts us with delicious homemade biscuits.
Last but not least (okay, I cheated, there are a few more than 5 features) is a teacher gift from Uncommon Designs that I would have loved to receive back in my classroom days. A coffee themed ‘Thanks a Latte’ teacher gift set, complete with adorable hand painted mug. Wish Pinterest had been around back when I was a teacher… because this is going to get pinned like crazy! {from the original site, por favor}.
Are you ready for this week, party people????!!!! Here’s how it works: The TOP section is for linking up your party idea posts, and the BOTTOM section is for all your other great projects over the next month (that’s right, I keep the linky open until the next party, so keep stopping by and linking up).
In order to be featured, you do need to link back to this blog {we learned at Haven that it’s a must, otherwise it’s not-so-good for the host’s SEO}. So pretty please, at the very least add a link back here and if you are in a really generous mood here’s the button:
Just a reminder, the next party will be on July 27th and the theme is Outdoor Living and Gardening. My favorite theme of summer, I love seeing what you’ve done to spruce up your outdoor living spaces or coax veggies from your garden.
I think that’s enough rules for today. Time to get this party started!

Thanks for hosting! It’s my first time linking up here. I shared my Pink Lemonade Birthday Party : ) Just to let you know, the first link party isn’t showing the thumbnails. It just shows the little inlinkz icon and how many links are in the collection.
