I’m sure no one noticed, but due to the holidays I skipped last Saturday’s Roundup. That leaves a lot of catching up to do, so instead of organizing my posts by day I’m organizing them into themes. Hopefully that will make it easier to navigate.
This week is a busy one because we’ll be running around to many doctor’s appointments {including my “big” 20 week ultrasound}! After deciding that maybe I could go without finding out the sex of the baby, my husband convinced me of all the reasons I needed to know. Which means he’s the one that needs to know, but now that we’ve made that decision I’m totally at peace with it. Noodle’s delivery filled us with enough surprises to last a lifetime, so I’m ready for a nice planned c-section and no drama. 😉 I’d better watch what I say; the universe tends to laugh at the word “planned” for anything!
This week I spent a lot of time with my family and getting things done around the house. I apologize for not responding to all the comments yet– I read each and every one, but haven’t had a chance to respond. Please know that your comments mean so much and they keep me writing and posting. They’re like a paycheck for the time I invest in this blog!

Thanks again for joining in and keeping up with us. I’ll try to post with an update after the ultrasound. We’re hoping first and foremost for a healthy baby with no stray umbilical cords, and after that the rest is icing on the cake. “See” you soon!

Oh how exciting to be finding out which you are having! This was my favorite part of my pregnancies.
