What. A. Week. {In a good way}. I was worried it would be chaotic trying to get back in the groove after vacation, and while it was hectic we had beautiful blue skies and many happy surprises! I tried to be on my best blogging behavior and put lots of posts out there– this week, I’ll still do some posts but I’m looking forward to settling in and really getting to reply to comments and explore more of your blogs. We survived Noodle’s 12 month shots and our second week without an NG tube and night nurse.
Sunday: Some of you guessed we went on vacation, and you were right! I did a small recap here of our special week.
Monday: I revealed the disgusting buffet of deliciousness that I ate while on vacation, and posted my menu plan for the week to attempt to detox from all that fat, sugar, and yumminess. I also let slip my big secret about Noodle… we’re weaning her from the NG tube!!! Thanks so much to all those who sent good wishes and shared about your own special babies. It means so much.
Tuesday: Autumn is in the air, and so are consignment sales! I reveal a few ideas to get the best deals at these sales in my Consignment 101 post. Are you going to any this weekend? Get your cameras out and snap some photos to share! I also kicked off our Beach Bag of Goodies Giveaway, and it seems to be a popluar one!
Wednesday: Website Wednesday dishes on Pandora as an alternative to iTunes.
Thursday: My BFF Nicky shared how she saved over $100 this week on groceries. She gave some great ideas for saving money at the grocery store! I also shared how you can work the deals at Gymboree for very little money. By the way, I went to Gymboree and I’ll post about the amazing deals I got later today!
Friday: Announced the winner of our ScribeOfClio giveaway, and kicked off our giveaway from The Yellow Warbler! You get an EXTRA entry to the Beach Bag giveaway for entering the Yellow Warbler giveaway, too. Head on over to see her adorable prizes!

I love the idea of a “weekly roundup.” It’s certainly very welcoming and helpful for a newcomer like myself. 🙂
Thanks for visiting my blog – I hope you’ll stop by again sometime, as I plan to do with yours!
