Easy + Delicious Slowcooker Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 jars salsa
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 can corn drained (optional)
  • Bread of Choice: tortillas, hoagie rolls, taco shells, etc.

Instructions

  • Pour salsa, beans, and corn into the slowcooker insert.
  • Add raw chicken, and make sure it’s coated with the salsa mixture.
  • Heat on high for 4 hours or low for 6. May be done sooner, chicken is ready when it shreds easily with 2 forks.
  • Serve in taco shells, warmed tortillas, in rolls, or as a main dish over rice.
