Bite-Sized Brownie Pie Recipe

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cold water

Filling:

  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup chocolate milk
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup chocolate chips melted
  • ½ cup almonds chopped
  • 1 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tsp allspice
  • sugar glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 370F.
  • Add the crust ingredients in a food processor and turn it on until the dough becomes thick.
  • Place and press the batter in a greased pan.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat beat the flour, milk, egg, melted chocolate, vanilla, allspice, cinnamon, almonds, and brown sugar. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Pour the brownie mix into the pie crust.
  • Gently fold the edges from the crust.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, set aside to cool down.
  • Cut into bite size pieces and garnish with the glaze.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

TIP: Add 1 tsp salt into the brownie mix to enhance the chocolate flavor.
