These easy Chocolate Covered Pretzel Ghosts are a fun, kid-friendly Halloween treat made with mini pretzels, white chocolate, and candy eyes for a spooky-sweet snack everyone will love.

If you’ve been around here for a while, you know I love a treat that’s cute and ridiculously easy to make—especially when the kids can help. These Chocolate Covered Pretzel Ghosts are just that. They’re spooky, sweet, and come together with only three simple ingredients: mini pretzels, white chocolate, and candy eyes.
It doesn’t get much easier (or more adorable) than that.

What You’ll Need:
- Mini pretzels – Don’t grab the regular ones this time! The holes are too big for the eyes and the ghosts lose their shape. The mini size is key for that perfect ghostly look.
- White chocolate or white candy melts – You can melt these in the microwave or on the stove—just go low and slow.
- Candy eyes – The medium size eyes work best. The small ones tend to fall through the pretzel holes (learned that one the hard way).

How to Make Chocolate Covered Pretzel Ghosts:
- Melt your white chocolate. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each one until smooth.
- Dip the pretzels. Use a candy dipping tool to coat each mini pretzel completely in the melted chocolate. Don’t shake off too much of the excess. This is one time when a thick layer is a good thing. It helps the candy eyes stick and gives your ghosts that nice “flowy sheet” look.
- Add the eyes. While the chocolate is still wet, press two candy eyes into the upper pretzel holes.
- Let them set. Place your little ghosts on a parchment or wax paper and let them harden at room temperature or in the fridge.

That’s it! Boo-tiful, bite-sized, and ready to haunt your snack table. 👻

Tips for Success:
- If your chocolate starts to thicken, rewarm it for just a few seconds.
- Mini pretzels and medium sized eyes are a must! If your holes are too big and your eyes are too small you won’t have ghosts.
- Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of weeks (if they last that long).
These chocolate covered pretzel ghosts are the perfect balance of salty and sweet, and they make such a fun treat for Halloween parties, school events, or spooky movie nights. Pair them with their creepy-crawly cousins- Halloween Spider Treats– for a themed dessert spread that’ll have everyone grinning.

So grab your mini pretzels and candy eyes! It’s time to make some ghostly magic.
