Since we’ve been spending a lot of time looking at this:
… I’ve had to create new and inventive things for Noodle to do while we waste away inside. I pulled out these vintage cookie cutters, which she loved playing with and sorting.
But it begs the question, in an assortment of cookie cutters “for all party occasions,”
…which holiday, exactly, does the axe represent?
Thanksgiving? Cutting down the Christmas tree? A jilted Valentine?
P.S.- Can you tell Mama got a new camera lens for Christmas? And to think I almost returned it because I didn’t think I deserved a new one. Looking at these photos, it’s glaringly obvious which one was not taken with the new lens! I still am too much of a novice to deserve it, but I wanted Santa to know how much I love him and how much I love this new lens!

I must say, I’m a little disturbed…..
I’m going to be trying to figure this out all night.

Of course you deserve a new lens!! I was actually going to comment on how great the photos look before I read the lens part. You know, that axe cookie cutter is pretty funny! I think it would work for Halloween 🙂
Ordered my Valentines and can’t wait to get them! They are so cute – I got them personalized for my little niece, McKenzie. I know she will be thrilled to hand them out!

Arbor Day? No wait, you’re suppose to plant a tree not cut one down.

Washington’s Birthday–I guess now it is President’s Day. It has to do with chopping down the cherry tree.
