20 Cozy Fall Favorites

Okay all you autumn and pumpkin spice lovers (that reminds me of when I thought the line in Taylor Swift’s song Blank Space was ‘Starbucks lovers’, but it wasn’t, which is so embarrassing during car karaoke, but I digress…), fall is finally here! While I’m a summer girl at heart, I cherish fall here in North Carolina. Those first few chilly nights make my heart skip a beat. We have just long enough of a season to make it worthwhile to invest in tall boots and cozy blankets, but not enough to make me want to hibernate all winter long. Fall, if anything, is a time to rest from the exuberance of summer and I’ve rounded up a few cozy fall favorites you’ll love to snuggle up with as you rest, recharge, and embrace the glory of the season!
PS- as I type this, I can hear the high school marching band practicing around the corner. AHHHHH, brings back such fond memories of Friday night football games!

A few highlights from the shopping board, though I love them all: sweater knit blankets (1) are thrown over our couches this time of year, perfect for snuggling by the fire. It’s also worthwhile to invest of some gorgeous soup bowls (4) to elevate everyday comfort food. I’m a sucker for a fabulous blanket scarf (15) and comfy slippers (9) await me at the doorway of my home from October until May.
The Little Book of Hygge (8) (pronounced hue-guh) shares secrets for crafting happiness in your home. Hygge, loosely translated, means the feeling of comfort and it’s a concept that’s overtaken the internet lately as people search for warmth in these uncertain and sometimes scary times. Hint: it involves a lot of cozy socks and warm drinks. Who can argue with that, right?

I’m so happy to see you again, boo. Thanks for making this busy mama’s life a little bit easier.
Adding in warm touches such as the way you serve bread to how you greet guests with a festive or sassy doormat can really warm up the season. So cuddle up with a good book, some pumpkin spice tea, and enjoy!
