Take a peek behind the curtain as I share my curated list of favorite things in 2023. These are my tried-and-true recommendations and products that made my life easier, better, and more beautiful. Some of my very favorite finds have been recommendations from friends; you know, those recommendations that come out during casual conversation. The suggestions you discover when you’re riding shotgun in a friends car, or visiting their home, or complimenting their radiant skin.
Those are the favorite finds I’m sharing with you today… if we were chatting over a cup of coffee, these are what would come out during natural conversation as my top-tier go-to products.

With two kids and a cat, this powerful cleaning machine has been an absolute game-changer. The kids will even use it to clean our carpet and couches because it’s so satisfying to see it plow through the dirt and get a gorgeously clean “before and after” result.
My husband’s friend recommended this and now we’re all addicted. It’s especially great after a long day, after exercising, or even while traveling (his friend packs it in his suitcase.) This handheld device uses percussive therapy to target sore muscles and release tension, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalized. Both of us use it on our legs before bed to help with discomfort.

It provides a refreshing breeze on demand, ensuring you stay comfortable no matter where you are– I’ve used it at my desk, in hotels, and even in the Dublin airport! I fell ‘victim’ to an Instagram ad, and after much consideration I bought this sturdy bag with wheels. With my arthritis in my back and shoulder, carrying heavy bags is hard for me so I purchased this as an early Christmas gift to myself. Safe to say, I’m obsessed! It’s huge (I bought the medium size in navy), rolls very smoothly using handles in two different positions. I’m looking forward to using this at the pool this summer, on roadtrip vacations, and even shopping at the mall since I like to do it all at once and regular bags can get heavy.

#10: Oversized Sweatshirts (American Eagle)
I’m in my oversized sweatshirt era… and loving it. There’s something comforting about slipping into an oversized sweatshirt. Not only do they provide warmth and coziness, but they also offer a relaxed and effortless style. Whether you are lounging at home or going for a casual outing, oversized sweatshirts are the epitome of comfort and fashion combined.
This skincare gem was recommended by an influencer on Instagram, and I gave it a try. It truly adds a radiant glow to your complexion, accentuating your best features. I put a little on my cheeks above my blush line, down my nose, and under my eyebrows for a healthy and luminous glow-up.
This one is coming in under the wire as a favorite because I gifted it to myself over Christmas. This lightweight and fast-absorbing oil blend deeply hydrates and softens your skin, leaving it smooth and supple. The scent is delightful and turns my nightly skincare routine into a pampering experience.
I’ll admit I’m only 2/3 of the way through this epic novel, but I’ve enjoyed almost every moment of it so far. It spans several generations with a story interwoven in a lovely, easy to absorb way. I read tons of books, and this was has risen to the top as my favorite of the year.
#14: Edinburgh, Scotland
This summer, I visited Edinburgh for the second time (this time I was with my husband and kids.) I’ve never been so enchanted with a place, and that’s saying quite a bit since I’ve fallen in love with many locations! I’m enchanted with the architecture, vibrant feel, deep history, and stunning beauty. Even a casual walk exploring its charming streets fills me with happiness. This is truly one city I hope to visit again and again.
Another Anniversary Sale purchase, these sunglasses are my go-to pair for feeling stylish whether I’m casual in a sweatshirt or dressed up for a daytime function. Every time I wear them, I get compliments, so they must be in style (right?)
For under $25, this blanket has become a fast favorite for snuggling in our home! The kids and cat are just as obsessed with it as I am.
#16: Vuori Performance Joggers
When it comes to loungewear, Vuori Joggers have become my go-to choice. These joggers are made from soft, sustainable materials that feel like a gentle hug against your skin. Whether you’re working from home or running errands, these joggers effortlessly combine comfort and style, allowing you to feel relaxed and put-together at the same time. I wear them as pajama bottoms all year long because they’re so comfy.
#17: Phillips LatteGo Coffee/Espresso/Latte Machine
I’m going to give it to you straight: this is pricey. However, if you love coffee, espresso, and lattes then the cost works out better than a Starbucks habit or constantly ordering pods. We debated whether to buy this due to the price, but after seeing (and tasting it!) in action at a friend’s house and all the rave reviews we justified it as a combined Mother’s Day/ Father’s Day gift.
It’s truly an all-in-one machine, you just add water to the tank, coffee to the grinder on top, and milk of any kind and push a button and get a fresh brewed latte in moments. Coffee and espresso is ever easier, just push a button and go. It has been by far my favorite purchase of the year, we use it MANY times a day, and we’ve had several sets of friends buy one after trying it while at our house.
#18: My Fave Magnesium Supplement
My functional doctor told me I needed more magnesium, and suggested this brand of supplements. Incorporating magnesium into my wellness routine has helped reduce stress, calmed my mind, and supported overall well-being– I’ve especially noticed a big difference in reducing brain fog and getting much better sleep.
These favorite things of 2023 have become an integral part of my journey towards creating a peaceful and balanced life. From comfortable loungewear to wellness-enhancing products, each item has brought me joy, relaxation, and a greater sense of well-being.
