After years of hearing my friends and family talk about how easy it is to whip up healthy and fast dinners in the Instant Pot, I decided to finally take the leap and get an Instant Pot. Of course, that led to a myriad of decisions and I just couldn’t decide which model to get– until this gorgeous Instant Pot arrived on my doorstep as a gift from my sister who knows my indecisive ways!
And WOW, they weren’t lying– the Instant Pot is a gamechanger. It can create meals in minutes flat. I’ve been exploring seasonal recipes perfect for dinners on busy fall and winter nights, and the interwebs does not disappoint.
Which Instant Pot should I buy?
As you may have guessed, the decision depends on how you will be using it. Are you mostly cooking for one or two people?
